### Job Description:
As a flight attendant, you will ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers while representing American Airlines with professionalism. Your role will not only involve routine cabin services but also managing unexpected challenges and emergencies with composure and efficiency.
### Responsibilities:
– Provide exemplary customer service to enhance passengers’ travel experience.
– Conduct pre-flight cabin checks and monitor safety compliance.
– Demonstrate use of safety and emergency equipment ensuring passenger attention and comprehension.
– Offer snacks, beverages, and meals; and sell onboard duty-free products.
– Administer first aid to passengers when needed.
– Assist passengers with special needs, including children, elderly, or those with disabilities.
– Manage in-flight sales and service reports.
### Requirements:
– Minimum age of 18 years.
– High School diploma or GED.
– Possess a valid passport with no restrictions on international travel.
– Willingness to relocate as required.
– Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a variety of situations.
– Height must be proportionate to weight and physically fit to perform all job functions.
### Educational Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or GED required.
– Further credentials in hospitality or customer service are a plus but not mandatory.
### Experience:
– No previous flight attendant experience required.
– Experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial.
