American Airlines is currently welcoming enthusiastic individuals to fill immediate openings for the role of Flight Attendant. As an ambassador of American Airlines, you will provide exceptional customer service to enhance passengers’ travel experiences, ensuring safety and comfort on board. No prior experience is required for this role, as comprehensive paid training will be provided.
– **Job Type:** Full-Time/Part-Time (Part-time positions will adhere to a strict 4-hour working schedule)
– **Salary:** Competitive hourly rate plus performance bonuses
– **Working Hours:** Variable shifts, must be flexible for weekends, evenings, and holidays

**Description:**
As a Flight Attendant with American Airlines, your main goal will be to make flying a positive, safe and secure experience for all travelers. This role requires dedication, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and exhilarating work environment. You’ll have the opportunity to meet new people and travel to new places, while maintaining the highest standards of service and security.
**Responsibilities:**
– Ensure the safety, comfort, and care of passengers aboard flights
– Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm welcoming atmosphere
– Conduct pre-flight cabin checks and monitor cabin during the flight
– Administer and coordinate in-flight sales and service
– Provide medical assistance to passengers and coordinate with flight deck crew as necessary
– Attend mandatory pre-flight briefings and maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety procedures
**Requirements:**
– Minimum age of 21 years
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Ability to reach overhead bins and stand for extended periods
– Comfortable with flying and flexible with relocation as needed
– Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
– Fluent in English; bilingual or multilingual is a plus
– Must pass a background check and drug screening
– Legal right to work in the United States
**Educational Qualifications:**
– High school diploma or GED is required
– Further certifications in hospitality, customer service, or safety are advantageous but not required
