As a flight attendant, you will be an integral part of ensuring that our passengers have a safe and memorable journey with us.

### Job Description:
As a Flight Attendant with American Airlines, your main responsibility will be to ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers during their flights. This role requires the ability to handle a variety of situations on board, manage inflight services, and address any concerns our passengers might have.

### Responsibilities:
– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure the aircraft is clean and ready for passengers.
– Greet passengers, assist with seating, and help with luggage stowage.
– Inform passengers of the aircraft safety procedures and ensure that all hand luggage is securely stored away.
– Serve meals and refreshments and sell duty-free goods including souvenirs.
– Attend to passengers’ needs, particularly those with special needs or children traveling alone.
– Administer and coordinate in-flight sales and service activities.
– Manage any in-flight emergencies that arise and provide appropriate support and documentation.
– Perform post-flight duties, including cabin checks and preparation for the next flight.

### Requirements:
– Minimum age of 21 years.
– High School diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous.
– Must be fluent in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
– Ability to relocate as needed and flexibility in scheduling.
– Must be able to adhere to our professional appearance standards.
– Capable of handling a variety of challenges while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
– Must pass a rigorous medical examination and background check.

### Educational Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or GED minimum.
– Training in hospitality, communications, or a related field preferred.

### Experience:
– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, but not required.
– Prior airline-specific experience is highly valued but not mandatory.
