Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery for passengers with special needs or unique travel requests.

Meet performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and service quality standards.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or travel industry certification is a plus.

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required—we provide training for motivated candidates.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (bilingual abilities are a plus).

Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
