**Description**

**Responsibilities**
– Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the travel experience for all passengers.
– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety and emergency measures.
– Offer food, beverages, and duty-free items to passengers.
– Assist passengers and colleagues in emergency situations.
– Manage in-flight sales and maintain a sales record.
– Ensure the cleanliness of the cabin before and after flights.
– Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date with all American Airlines regulations and policies.
**Requirements**
– Minimum age of 21 years.
– High school diploma or GED equivalent.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays, weekends, and extended hours.
– Physical fitness, capable of lifting emergency equipment and standing for extended periods.
– Adherence to a professional appearance standard and ability to wear the cabin crew uniform as specified.
– Proficient in English; additional languages are a significant advantage.
