**Job Description:**
As an integral part of our team, you will be ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Your role will involve everything from greeting passengers to serving meals and beverages, and assisting in emergency situations. Our cabin crew members are ambassadors of our brand; they create memorable experiences that ensure that passenger loyalty continues to soar.
**Responsibilities:**
– Greet passengers, check boarding passes and direct them to their seats.
– Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations onboard.
– Manage in-flight sales of food, beverages, and duty-free items.
– Provide special attention to passengers with special needs.
– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and present safety information to passengers.
– Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the cabin area.
– Administer and coordinate in emergency procedures if required.
– Attend pre-flight briefings and prepare for flight.
**Requirements & Qualifications:**
– High school diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous.
– No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training provided.
– Must be at least 18 years of age.
– Excellent communication skills and fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
– Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure and during unforeseen circumstances.
– Flexible with schedule and available to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
– Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job including handling luggage and standing for long periods.
