As a Cabin Crew Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring passenger comfort and safety while providing exceptional customer service. ### Responsibilities:
– Assist cabin crew in the preparation of cabin operations before, during, and after flights.
– Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and airline policies.
– Assist passengers with boarding, deplaning, and special needs.
– Provide information and support to passengers regarding flight details, amenities, and safety procedures.
– Respond to passengers’ queries, concerns, and needs promptly.
– Help maintain cabin cleanliness and restocking of supplies.
– Support the cabin crew in handling emergencies and irregular operations.
### Requirements:
– Minimum age of 18.
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to lift luggage and other items up to 35 pounds.
– Must be able to effectively communicate in English; proficiency in other languages is preferable.
– Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and shift work.
– Able to stand or walk for long periods.
– Possess a friendly, courteous demeanor and professional appearance.
### Educational Qualifications:
– High school diploma or GED required.
– Additional certifications in hospitality, safety, or customer service are a plus.
### Experience:
– Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided to all new hires.
