Ambassador Program Manager (Community Manager)
About Enduvo & Embed3D Enduvo builds tools for creating immersive, interactive learning experiences used by educators, enterprises, and defense organizations. Our newest product, embed3d.io, lets creators embed interactive 3D content directly into online courses and learning platforms with zero code. We are launching our first official creator-led Ambassador Program to drive organic growth, content adoption, and real community momentum. Overview We are looking for a sharp, organized, people-first Ambassador Program Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our creator program. This is a hands-on execution role. You will work directly with creators, activate them, and help turn relationships into real results. This role is ideal for someone who has run creator, influencer, ambassador, or community programs and enjoys building from the ground up. Time Commitment • 10–15 hours per week • Fully remote • Long-term potential as the program scales What You’ll Own • Recruit, onboard, and activate new ambassadors • Manage weekly communication with ambassadors (Slack, LinkedIn, email, HubSpot, etc.) • Track participation, content output, and deliverables • Coordinate content schedules and submissions • Collect testimonials, feedback, and case studies • Run contests, incentives, and engagement campaigns • Maintain the Ambassador dashboard (HubSpot or similar) • Deliver simple weekly performance reports You’re a Great Fit If You • Have hands-on experience running ambassador, community, or creator programs • Are extremely organized and proactive • Communicate clearly and professionally • Know how to motivate creators without micromanaging • Understand content creators, instructional designers, or SaaS communities • Work independently and take ownership Bonus (Not Required) • Experience with HubSpot, or similar tools • Background in marketing, creator economy, or SaaS growth • Experience in education, training, or learning platforms Please include: • A short summary of relevant experience • 1–2 examples of ambassador, creator, or community programs you have managed Apply tot his job
