Amazon Wholesale Specialist β US Marketplace (Product Sourcing & Account Management) - Contract to Hire
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Wholesale Specialist to manage and scale our Amazon.com (US) Seller Central account. This role focuses on US-based wholesale sourcing, brand approvals, compliance-driven listing management, inventory planning, and PPC optimization, with the objective of building a scalable, low-risk, and compliant wholesale operation in the US marketplace. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with US-authorized brands and distributors, understands Amazon US compliance and account health standards, and can manage wholesale operations end-to-end. Key Responsibilities Wholesale Product Sourcing & US Brand Research β’Identify profitable US wholesale products with consistent demand and sustainable margins β’ Research, contact, and onboard US-authorized brands, distributors, and manufacturers β’ Analyze competition on Amazon.com, including Buy Box ownership, pricing behavior, and sales velocity β’ Evaluate product eligibility, brand restrictions, and Amazon US compliance requirements β’ Ensure all sourcing aligns with Amazon.com wholesale and brand authorization policies Amazon Seller Central (US) Account Management β’ Manage daily operations within Amazon Seller Central (US) β’ Monitor Account Health, Order Defect Rate (ODR), Late Shipment Rate, and Policy Compliance β’ Handle case logs, reimbursements, stranded inventory, suppressed ASINs, and listing errors β’ Maintain strong seller metrics to ensure account longevity and Buy Box eligibility Listings & Compliance Optimization β’ Create and manage wholesale listings on existing US ASINs and variations β’ Optimize listings for visibility while adhering strictly to brand and Amazon US compliance guidelines β’ Update content, pricing, and variations based on performance and market trends β’ Coordinate with brands when content or pricing approvals are required Inventory Management & Replenishment (US FBA Focus) β’ Forecast inventory needs based on US sales velocity and seasonality β’ Manage replenishment cycles for Amazon FBA (US fulfillment centers) β’ Coordinate wholesale purchase orders and supplier lead times β’ Prevent stockouts, overstocking, and excess FBA storage fees PPC & Buy Box Pricing Strategy (US Marketplace) β’ Set up and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products) for wholesale ASINs β’ Optimize bids, keywords, and budgets to improve ACOS, TACOS, and ROI β’ Implement competitive US marketplace pricing strategies to maintain Buy Box ownership β’ Monitor MAP policies and pricing restrictions set by US brand Reporting, Risk Management & Growth β’ Track sales performance, margins, and profitability by ASIN β’ Prepare clear performance reports and data-driven recommendations β’ Proactively identify account risks, compliance issues, and growth opportunities β’ Support long-term scaling of the US wholesale catalog Apply tot his job
