Job Summary Amazon is seeking a proactive, bilingual Virtual Assistant fluent in Portuguese and English to join our dynamic remote support team. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer and operational support. You will serve as a vital bridge between Amazons Portuguese-speaking customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient problem resolution, and superior customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide real-time assistance to Amazon customers in both Portuguese and English through chat, email, and phone. Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, customer order processing, returns coordination, and reporting. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and a customer-first attitude. Liaise with internal departments including logistics, customer service, and sales to ensure timely issue resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups. Support Amazon Sellers with product listing updates, keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends in Portuguese-speaking regions. Execute basic troubleshooting steps to address technical or account issues. Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, product updates, and service changes. Required Skills and Qualifications Fluent in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken) – native or near-native proficiency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, virtual environment. Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Positive, customer-focused attitude and strong sense of initiative. Experience Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a virtual assistant, customer service, or administrative support role. Experience working in e-commerce, especially within Amazon Seller Central, is a strong advantage. Previous experience supporting international clients is highly desirable. Working Hours Full-time and part-time positions available. Flexibility required to accommodate different time zones. Must be available for scheduled virtual meetings and real-time customer interactions. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Deep understanding of Amazon marketplace operations is a plus. Familiarity with Amazon tools such as Seller Central, FBA, and product research software is beneficial. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively under minimal supervision.
