The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon listings, processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and performing various data entry tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Amazon’s platform, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings on Amazon
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews
Process orders and ensure timely delivery
Conduct market research and keyword analysis
Generate and analyze sales reports
Perform various data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
Assist in creating and optimizing PPC campaigns
Collaborate with team members on improving overall business operations
Requirements
Prior experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
Strong understanding of Amazon’s Seller Central
Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
Educational Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Relevant certifications in e-commerce or digital marketing are a plus
