Amazon Seller Central Coach / Strategic Advisor for Consumer Electronics (NDA Required)

Description: We are an international digital marketing agency supporting a Japanese consumer electronics brand. We are seeking an experienced Amazon Seller Central coach/strategic advisor to guide our team in improving sales and operations in the North American marketplace (primarily the US, but also including Canada and Mexico). This is a confidential project, and the selected candidate will be required to sign an NDA prior to starting. We are not looking for simple task execution - instead, we need a partner who can analyze, advise, and help us implement best practices, while transferring knowledge so our team can build internal expertise. Scope of Work (examples of expected contributions): ・Develop a project calendar with seasonal sales opportunities and event-based campaigns. ・Provide SEO optimization guidance for product listings and brand pages. ・Recommend improvements for A+ content and Amazon Brand Store. ・Review and propose enhancements to existing product images and videos. ・Suggest strategies to increase conversion rate (CVR). ・Review and analyze current Amazon ad campaigns; provide proposals for optimization. ・Advise on ad formats (SP, SB, SD, video ads, etc.). ・Suggest ways to increase positive user reviews and seller feedback. ・Prioritize optimization initiatives and translate them into actionable tasks for the team. ・Provide ongoing strategic recommendations tied to KPI goals. Requirements: ・Proven track record with Amazon Seller Central (seller-side, not just vendor-side). ・Experience in consumer electronics or similar mid-ticket product categories is a strong plus. ・Familiarity with US marketplace dynamics (Canada/Mexico knowledge is a bonus). ・Ability to provide both strategic guidance and practical, actionable advice. ・Strong English communication skills; experience coaching or training clients preferred. ・Comfortable working under NDA with confidential brand information. Nice-to-Have: ・Based in Japan or familiar with Japanese business culture. ・Experience supporting international sellers entering North American markets.
