Amazon Seller Account Specialist Needed to Optimize Stone Soup Magazine Account

Stone Soup Magazine, a nonprofit literary magazine publishing exceptional work by young writers and artists since 1973, needs an experienced Amazon Seller specialist to audit, optimize, and straighten out our Amazon Seller account. We currently sell our magazine subscriptions and back issues through Amazon, but our account needs professional attention to maximize sales, improve listings, resolve any issues, and ensure we're following best practices. What We Need Help With: Account Audit & Cleanup: Review entire Amazon Seller account for compliance issues Identify and resolve any performance notifications or warnings Clean up duplicate or inactive listings Ensure all account information is current and accurate Review and optimize account health metrics Listing Optimization: Improve product titles, descriptions, and bullet points for SEO Enhance product images and A+ Content if applicable Optimize keywords for better searchability Ensure all listings follow Amazon's guidelines Set up appropriate product variations (if needed) Inventory & Fulfillment: Review and optimize inventory management system Advise on FBA vs. FBM for our magazine products Set up automated inventory alerts if not already in place Streamline fulfillment processes Pricing & Promotions: Analyze competitor pricing for similar publications Recommend optimal pricing strategy Set up promotional campaigns (if appropriate) Advise on Amazon Advertising opportunities Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve sales conversion Recommend strategies to increase product visibility Set up proper shipping settings and rates Review customer feedback and suggest improvements Documentation & Training: Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ongoing account management Provide training/documentation so our team can maintain the account Recommend tools or systems for ongoing monitoring Ideal Candidate Has: Required: 3+ years proven experience managing Amazon Seller accounts Expert knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization Track record of improving account health and sales performance Experience with book/magazine/publishing sales on Amazon preferred Strong understanding of Amazon's policies and best practices Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts How to Apply: Please include in your proposal: Relevant experience: Describe 2-3 Amazon Seller accounts you've optimized with specific results Publishing experience: Any experience with books, magazines, or subscription products Availability: When can you start and how many hours per week?
