Qualifications:
Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Computer proficiency and familiarity with basic software applications
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
