* Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
* Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.

Experience:
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
