Key Responsibilities:
• * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner.
• * Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, and general inquiries about Amazon services and products.
• * Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• * Maintain an in-depth understanding of... Amazons products, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate information.
• * Handle customer complaints, offering quick resolution while maintaining a positive attitude.
• * Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system.
• * Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
• * Participate in training and team meetings to stay updated on Amazon policies and new product offerings.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• * Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related role is an asset.
• * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
• * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• * Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• * Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• * Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
• * A quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet access for remote work.
• Experience:
• * 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
• * Experience working in a remote setting is an advantage.
• * Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, is a plus.
• Working Hours:
• * Full-time or part-time options available.
• * Flexible shifts covering mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• * Must be able to work between 35 to 40 hours per week for full-time, or as per agreed part-time schedule.

• * Deep understanding of customer service principles and the ability to apply them effectively.
• * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations.
