Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Listing Specialist to join our team on a part-time contract basis. You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing Amazon product listings for our party supplies business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Amazon marketplace expertise to work flexibly while contributing to a growing business. For this position we want someone to write SOP's for this work, and train others on our team for how to do this work as well.
Key Responsibilities
• Create compelling, SEO-optimized Amazon product listings for party supplies
• Write engaging product titles, bullet points, and descriptions that convert browsers to buyers
• Conduct keyword research to maximize product visibility and search ranking
• Edit and optimize high-quality product images and A+ content
• Monitor and analyze listing performance metrics
• Implement Amazon SEO best practices to improve organic ranking
• Stay current with Amazon's terms of service and listing requirements
• Collaborate with our team to align listings with brand messaging and marketing goals
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience creating successful Amazon product listings
• Strong understanding of Amazon's algorithm and ranking factors
• Expertise in Amazon keyword research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar)
• Experience with party supplies, seasonal products, or consumer goods preferred
• Excellent written English with strong copywriting skills
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and listing optimization tools
• Understanding of Amazon PPC advertising is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
• Exceptional communication and training skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Experience creating documentation, SOPs, or training materials
• Patience and enthusiasm for mentoring and knowledge transfer
