This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and integrity of advertisements across Amazon's platforms, ensuring a positive experience for both customers and advertisers. Our team works in a dynamic environment where innovation and customer obsession are at the heart of everything we do.The primary responsibility of this role is to review and assess advertising content in Swedish, applying expert language knowledge and cultural understanding to ensure ads meet our high standards of quality, relevance, and compliance. You'll make high-judgment decisions by following established guidelines and procedures, contributing to the trust and effectiveness of our advertising ecosystem.Key job responsibilitiesContent Review and Quality Assurance• Review websites, ad creatives, and videos for content quality based on our Content Guidelines• Thoroughly check ad content for accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and alignment with Amazon's standards• Apply expert knowledge of Swedish language and culture to identify nuances and potential issues in advertising contentAnalysis and Improvement• Analyze data and evaluate trends/patterns in Swedish-language advertising content• Recommend improvements to guidelines and processes based on observed patterns• Contribute to the development of automated review systems by providing language-specific insightsCollaboration and Communication• Escalate questions or issues regarding the review process to appropriate team members• Participate in daily stand-ups, updates, and cross-functional meetings• Collaborate with international teams to ensure consistency in global advertising standardsWhat we offer:Shift working patterns (incl. morning, afternoon, evening, weekends)Unlimited contract5 weeks of vacationPublic transport reimbursementMulti-sport cardMeal VouchersEmployee referral program bonusLife insurance and pension planVarying local discounts e.g. for canteens, cafes etc.Office with chill out areas, relax room and activities like football table, Play Station, VRCorporate events and team eventsPossible internal and/or international growthAbout the teamThe Advertising Trust Operations team plays a vital role in Amazon's advertising ecosystem. We partner with various stakeholders across Amazon Advertising (including Business, Product, Tech, and Legal teams) to ensure that every ad interaction on Amazon's platforms is high-quality, relevant, and compliant with our policies. Our work directly impacts customer experience, advertiser success, and Amazon's reputation as a trusted marketplace.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSProficiency in Swedish with excellent command of EnglishStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSGood awareness of Swedish culture and current affairs in order to identify items that are likely to be controversial to customers.Bachelor's degree and/or +6 months of professional experienceKeen attention to detail and ability to make nuanced judgmentsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFlexibility to work in shifts (morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends)Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, Power Point and Word) to maintain reports and metrics.Good data evaluation and mining skillsFamiliar with internet search toolsFamiliarity with online retail (e-commerce)Willingness to work with sensitive issues, including but not limited to: Adult content, Religious and philosophically sensitive issues.Ability to work in a diverse environment.Are you interested?
