In 2023, we launched a men’s line called Mando. Mando uses the same technology as Lume but has different scent profiles.

We are a 6-year-old fast growing, omni-channel deodorant and personal care brand that’s transforming the way that humans do hygiene. We joined forces with Harry’s, another disruptive brand with great people and infrastructure, to accelerate our growth. We are a team of self-starters that roll up our sleeves and get it done. Our style is collaborative and very fast-paced so an adaptive personality is a must.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Amazon Growth and Merchandising Strategist to join our team to play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our product portfolio. This role will be responsible for working closely with supply chain to understand our inventory strategy and position and use that to develop and execute strategies that enhance our presence, optimize product listings and drive sales through effective merchandising tactics.The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision and tactical agility, adept at navigating the dynamic Amazon marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and predict future and historical velocity fluctuations stemming from emerging trends, seasonality, promotions, deal periods, organic rank, velocity, BSR, PPC, off Amazon traffic and new product launches.
• Lead strategic partnerships with the Amazon PPC and Strategy team to diagnose constraints and exploit opportunities, driving merchandising optimization initiatives that accelerate business growth and market share expansion.
• Serve as a strategic Amazon merchandiser, optimizing product availability and inventory strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Partner with supply chain on tactical and strategic adjustments, including SKU velocity optimization, mitigation of long-term storage fees, and demand shifting across variations based on Weeks of Coverage (WOC). Focus on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and margin expansion through precise inventory and account-level analysis.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of advanced inventory management strategies to proactively adapt to Amazon policy shifts.
• Provide strategic analysis and recommendations on the implementation of FBA, FBM, SFP, MCF, NARF, BIL Tool, Buy With Prime, Vine, In-Stock Head Start, conversion growth, global expansion, and Amazon's reimbursement processes in conjunction with cross-functional partners.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Supply Chain, Product, Marketing, Finance and Analytics.
• Demonstrate strong leadership in managing Amazon deals, events, and navigating the marketplace's inherent ambiguities.
• Handle complex Amazon TOS and policy changes proactively to mitigate risks to business operations in an ever changing environment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Amazon
• Proven expertise in inventory and supply chain planning, specifically for Amazon-sold products.
• Advanced Amazon Seller Central operations knowledge.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in creating complex inventory models.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Resilient, agile, and detail-oriented, with a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in continuous process improvement and implementing best practices in supply chain and inventory management.

This role can be done remotely, however there may be location constraints based on where Harry's is registered and able to employ individuals. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $130,000-$150,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
