Job description: Our client, a dynamic Amazon FBA business, selling products in Household, Retail Building Materials and Garden Equipment categories, is looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join their team for a full-time remote job.About the company:A leading e-commerce retailer specializing in household essentials, with a strong presence on Amazon and other online marketplaces. With over a decade of success, we are committed to delivering top-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. Our focus is on continuous optimization and growth across digital channels, with 85% of our business driven through Amazon.Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and conversion-driven Graphic Designer with deep experience in creating and optimizing Amazon product listings. This role is critical to our growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to design high-converting visual content that increases click-through rates(CTR) and conversion rates (CVR) across our Amazon catalog.Key Responsibilities:
Design compelling Amazon listing images including main images, infographics, A+ content (EBC), and storefront banners.
Optimize visuals specifically to increase clicks and conversions, informed by performance data and industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to align on messaging and branding.
Conduct A/B testing of image sets and monitor performance to continuously improve KPIs.
Stay current with Amazon guidelines and evolving trends in e-commerce visual merchandising.
Qualifications:
Proven experience designing Amazon listing content with measurable impact on CTR and CVR.
Portfolio demonstrating high-quality Amazon graphics and performance-driven design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
Strong understanding of how design impacts conversion metrics in an e-commerce setting.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with 3d modelling (3D Max or similar)
Preferred:- Experience with Amazon A+ Content, Brand Stores, and tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.- Background in e-commerce or consumer product design.Benefits:Competitive salary
