Key Responsibilities:
Process orders and fulfill customer requests through Amazon’s fulfillment systems.
Ensure orders are accurately packed and shipped according to guidelines.
Use Amazon’s tools and systems to track inventory and maintain order statuses.
Perform basic administrative tasks related to product fulfillment and inventory management.
Communicate effectively with remote teams to resolve issues and provide updates.
Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve fulfillment processes.
What We Are Looking For:
Eligibility: Applicants must be based in the USA.
Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Technology: Comfortable working with online systems and software (training provided).
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Availability: Flexible hours with the option for full-time or part-time shifts.
Experience: No previous experience required. Training will be provided.
