Amazon Financial Auditor – Webgility & QuickBooks Online Reconciliation - Contract to Hire
I’m looking for an Amazon Financial Auditor with proven experience recovering funds from Amazon (FBA reimbursements, lost/damaged inventory, fee audits) and reconciling Amazon Seller Central with QuickBooks Online. Mandatory Requirement: The candidate must have hands-on experience managing Webgility integrated with QuickBooks Online, specifically for Amazon Seller Central. This includes: • Configuring and maintaining Amazon clearing accounts • Mapping Amazon settlements, fees, refunds, reimbursements, and taxes correctly • Reconciling Webgility data with Amazon payouts and QBO bank feeds • Identifying discrepancies between Amazon reports, Webgility, and QBO • Supporting financial audits to identify funds owed by Amazon Candidates without proven Webgility experience will not be considered.
