Amazon E-Commerce Manager
This is a remote work position. Our company is based in Austin, TX but we have brand managers currently in Phoenix, Arizona and Salt Lake City, Utah. You can work from wherever in the country but you will be required to work US CST timezone.
As the Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing 5-8 client accounts at any given time. You will be the primary point of contact for each of your clients and it’ll be your responsibility to help them succeed on Amazon. We are a small team (5 people currently), so you’ll have the opportunity to dive right in and wear many hats.
A typical day may include
• Performing keyword research/tracking organic ranks using DataDive
• Running a sales analysis using Seller Central Business Reports and Google Sheets to determine why sales are down
• Evaluating Search Query Performance data to discover gaps in the conversion funnel
• Taking client calls and keeping them up to date on the Amazon strategy and next steps
Who You Are
You have 3+ years of experience on Amazon: You’ve worked at an Amazon Agency or manged a brand’s Amazon presence. You understand the different levers that go into driving profitable growth on Amazon. Maybe you’ve launched your own on Amazon.
You have been client facing. You know how to communicate Amazon metrics in a way that a person unfamiliar with e-commerce can understand. You have experience communicating project progress, outcomes, and navigating obstacles.
You can juggle many tasks. Working on multiple client accounts often means that you can be juggling a lot of different things at any given time. You have experience with this and can project manage your way to success. You’ve worked in an environment where there’s been 5+ projects going on at the same time and you’ve made progress on each of them.
You are a self starter. You possess a natural bias for action that pushes projects and initiatives forward. You’re able to wear many hats and have a tendency to over communicate your work to help the team and your client grow. You’re the type to take initiative and teach yourself a new skill if it’s needed for your job.
