About the position
The Delivery Associate is responsible for delivering packages for Amazon while driving an assigned route. This role requires individuals who are motivated, customer-focused, and able to adapt to various situations. The position operates seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, and offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.
Responsibilities
? Safely drive and perform safety inspections on the company vehicle.

? Deliver packages in a timely manner while adhering to traffic rules and company safety policies.

? Interact positively and professionally with customers during deliveries.

? Sort and prepare delivery routes to meet customer expectations.

? Maintain the delivery vehicle in good operating condition.

? Assist in training other team members as needed.

? Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
? Must be at least 21 years old.

? Valid AZ driver's license.
,
? Clean Motor Vehicle Record and able to pass a motor vehicle record check.

? Must consent to drug screening.
,
? Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
,
? Must be tech-savvy and able to operate a smartphone/GPS device.
,
? Ability to communicate effectively in English.
,
? Must be able to handle stressful workloads and driving demands.
Nice-to-haves
? 1 year of driving experience preferred.

? Delivery driving experience such as Lyft, FedEx, UPS, etc. preferred.

? Knowledge of Phoenix and surrounding cities.
