Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer complaints, concerns, and escalations with professionalism

Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues effectively
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required)
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
A passion for helping people and delivering great customer experiences
Availability to work flexible hours (shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays)
