Are you a passionate Amazon Connect expert looking for a remote opportunity? SoftwareOne is seeking a talented and experienced Amazon Connect Solutions Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting innovative Amazon Connect solutions for our clients. You'll work directly with customers to understand their business needs and deliver impactful solutions that maximize the potential of Amazon Connect.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into robust technical solutions using Amazon Connect.
Design, configure, and deploy Amazon Connect solutions, including call flows, contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and integrations with other systems.
Develop custom solutions leveraging Amazon Connect APIs and AWS services to address specific client needs.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of Amazon Connect configurations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients on Amazon Connect best practices, capabilities, and limitations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (project managers, engineers, developers) to ensure successful implementation and integration of Amazon Connect solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon Connect features, enhancements, and industry trends to continuously improve our service offerings.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams on Amazon Connect functionality and administration.
Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Amazon Connect solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Amazon Connect architecture, features, and capabilities.
Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and related services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation).
Familiarity with contact center technologies, telephony systems, and customer experience best practices.
Experience with programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Java) for custom Amazon Connect development.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
AWS certifications, particularly those related to Amazon Connect, are highly desirable.
