The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the reliability and performance of contact center solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Test Automation & Execution · Design and maintain automated test scripts for Amazon Connect call flows. · Use Cyara to simulate real-world voice interactions and stress-test IVR components. · Validate performance and functionality of contact center solutions. · Integrate API-based tests (e.g., using Postman or custom scripts) for inbound/outbound call simulations. 2. Test Management & Reporting · Develop and manage test cases, plans, and suites using QTest. · Track defects, analyze test results, and report quality metrics. · Collaborate with QA and development teams to resolve issues and improve testing processes. 3. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement · Work with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, operations) to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline. · Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to refining testing strategies. · Stay updated on testing trends and best practices. 4.
