Amazon Advertising Specialist - US & Canada

NETGEAR is seeking an experienced and data-driven Amazon Advertising Specialist to lead and optimize paid media (AMS and DSP) across our consumer and business product portfolios. You will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact paid search and display campaigns to achieve key business objectives and overall sales growth, regular reporting on KPIs, and content development support. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon’s advertising ecosystem, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel for team-building activities, strategy sessions, and key business events. Must be able to work during West Coast hours.

Responsibilities
• Optimize and manage Amazon paid search (AMS) and display (DSP) media campaigns to drive increased sales and visibility across product listings.
• Provide regular performance reports, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
• Effectively manage and monitor advertising budgets across multiple campaigns, ensuring that ad spend is optimized to meet KPIs and quarterly targets.
• Leverage SEO insights to enhance keyword targeting for ads, continuously optimize product content and listings, and improve overall campaign performance
• Collaborate with the sales team to align paid media strategies with overall sales goals and product priorities.
• Analyze performance data and adjust audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives to maximize ROI and drive total sales growth.
• Track competitor performance and market dynamics to enhance paid search and display media strategies and maintain market leadership.
• Support content development and strategy for Amazon retail marketing activities.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to identify the most effective approaches for scaling campaigns.
• Leverage Amazon's advertising tools and analytics to identify underperforming areas and execute data-driven optimizations.
• Provide guidance and communicate best practices to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of direct experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns, including paid search (AMS) and display (DSP).
• Expertise in managing and optimizing large-scale advertising budgets to drive sales growth and achieve business goals.
• Proficiency with advertising automation platforms, bid management tools, and keyword rank monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert performance data into actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of adjusting strategies based on campaign performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic data analysis functions.
• Experience with market data analysis tools to analyze trends and track performance.
• Possess a basic understanding of AI-powered tools and platforms with a willingness to explore, integrate, and apply new technologies.
