The Opportunity:
AM Ravello Server
Who We Look For:
We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support in our breakfast restaurant, Ravello with at least 1 - 2 years of prior experience in Food & Beverage.
Responsibilities:
? Serve the guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods
? Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
? Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities
? Expected to read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience
Minimum Qualifications:
? Prior experience of at least 1-2 years in Food & beverage, fine dining experience is preferred
? Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team
? A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
? Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
? Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
? High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
