Responsibilities
• Own the Oracle partner relationship and drive direct and indirect revenue through co-sell motions and field engagement
• Build and execute channel GTM strategies alongside practice and marketing leadership
• Manage pipeline reporting, partner scorecards, and joint sales coverage models
• Mentor a junior alliance team member
What You'll Bring
• 5+ years in alliance management or enterprise solution sales in the Oracle Fusion ERP space
• Existing relationships inside the Oracle NetSuite partner ecosystem
• Proven track record building partner programs and driving channel demand generation
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across a fast moving organization
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
