Job Summary As an Allegiant Airlines Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our passengers. You will work from home and provide exceptional support to travelers with diminished mobility and those requiring special assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to transport passengers from the check-in area to the aircraft and assist them with boarding and exiting the plane. You will also be responsible for providing general information to passengers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their travel. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to passengers with diminished mobility and those requiring special assistance Transport passengers from the check-in area to the aircraft and assist them with boarding and exiting the plane Assist passengers with special needs, such as those requiring wheelchair assistance Provide general information to passengers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise during their travel Work efficiently under time constraints and maintain a high level of productivity Maintain accurate records and reports, as required Collaborate with other customer service representatives and airline staff to ensure a smooth travel experience for passengers Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred At least one (1) year of customer service experience; airline industry experience a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Pass a background check and obtain any necessary security clearances Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with passengers with special needs Knowledge of airline industry regulations and procedures Certification in customer service or a related field Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work efficiently under time constraints Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Allegiant Airlines, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
