Airport Shuttle Driver Associate
About the position
Carrying on the Rancho de Los Caballeros tradition of 76 years of excellence in family Ranch experiences, our Airport Shuttle Associate is a key driving force in our overall Guest's satisfaction offering only the most fun-filled, professional, safe and engaging services available. Are you ready to help create lifelong memories for our future Guests? As an Airport Shuttle Associate, you would be responsible for welcoming arriving Guests at Phoenix International Airport, wishing departing Guests a fond farewell and attending to our Guest's transfer needs round-trip. As well, general cleanliness and general maintenance of our fleet of 5 vehicles is required as is adherence to all federal, state and local laws as required. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Maintain daily text communication with Guests to coordinate accurate arrival and departure information. Maintain daily overview of airline arrival and departure patterns to ensure timely service understanding that any flight delays impact their experience. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of information including, but not limited to, traffic patterns and delays, airport roadways, Guest room locations and property amenities, groups and special events happening on property, the local area and other general product knowledge and answer Guest questions and inquiries. Respond to Guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a professional, efficient and timely manner. Ensure daily inspections of vehicle operations and report deficiencies as needed to Engineering.

? Assist passengers in loading and unloading their luggage into the vehicle.

? Maintain constant communication with dispatcher or manager.
,
? Keep the vehicle neat and ensure it is in perfect working condition.
,
? Carry out regular checks on the shuttle vehicle before each day's run.
,
? Report major problems, accidents, or damage to the vehicle to the dispatcher or technician.
,
? Obey all traffic rules and regulations.
,
? Dress in a neat and professional manner.
Requirements
? Excellent customer service and communication skills.
,
? Ability to work in a highly demanding environment and multitask effectively.

? A valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving history.
,
? Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
