Airport and Resort Rep, DCL (Celebration FL) Bench Seasonal

As an Airport & Resort Representative, you will provide Guests with unparalleled service that only Disney can deliver. This role is located both at the Orlando International Airport and The Walt Disney World Resort. You will be responsible for identifying, greeting, and preparing Disney Cruise Line Guests and their luggage for transport, ensuring an excellent start to their cruise vacation experience prior to boarding one of our Disney Cruise Line ships in Port Canaveral. The starting pay rate for this position is $17.85 per hour.
Responsibilities
• Deliver a seamless experience for all Guests to ensure the experience supports the Five Keys: Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show, and Efficiency.

• Work with minimal direction, proactively engaging and interacting with Guests to answer questions, give directions, and provide other information.
,
• Build and manage relationships with Guests, Cast Members, and Vendor partners to provide excellent service.
,
• Perform efficient automated check-in functions on tablets and/or handheld devices while maintaining strong observation skills with a high level of detail.
,
• Continuously walk and stand to direct guests for extended periods of time, comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor settings during various weather conditions.
,
• Provide Guest Service and help find solutions when challenges arise, confidently speaking in front of large groups, and performing various tasks simultaneously.
Requirements
• Valid Florida Drivers License is required.
,
• Own transportation to drive to and from work locations is crucial.
,
• Availability to be flexible with work schedule is needed.
,
• Full availability for training is required, with a work schedule assigned upon completion of training.
,
• Physical role requiring the ability to lift luggage up to 50lbs.
,
• Seasonal role requires six (6) full days of availability every month for any shift, including early mornings, nights, and holidays.

• Disney Cruise Line and Walt Disney World product knowledge is preferred.

• Three (3) years or more of Parks and Resorts and/or Disney Cruise Line experience is preferred.

• Proven track record working in a team-based environment is preferred.
