Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat
Provide accurate information and assistance regarding flight reservations, bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism
Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and going the extra mile to exceed expectations
Requirements
Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
Experience with Amadeus is a must
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or airline industry
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to navigate through computer systems and multitask efficiently
Willingness to work in shifts and weekends, as required in a 24/7 operation
Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa
Ensure you have at least 3 to 4 hours of power backup for laptop, with 2nd screen and internet connectivity, when load shedding happens.
