Airline Customer Service Representative
New hire start at $20/hr. New hire with min 1 yr qualified experience or existing/returning staff with a min 1 yr service start at $21/hr.
Includes: Retention Bonus paid at the end of the peak season $3,000 and $2,000 travel bank**
Job Duties
Ā Perform a broad range of duties depending on location and service demands while delivering a high quality product
Ā Daily functions may include rotation through ticket counter, lobby area, gate functions, customs, arrivals and other areas within the airport
Ā Constant passenger & crew interaction
Ā Operate jet bridge
Ā Resolve issues with flight activity to ensure on-time departure
Ā Some cash handling transactions, manifests, and labeling
Skills
Ā Common sense and organized
Ā Mental capacity to make quick and rational decisions
Ā Effective communication skills and good listening skills
Ā Able to multi-task and carry out duties in a fast-paced environment
Ā Bilingual speakers needed.
Environmental Conditions:
Ā Involves continuous people interaction and exposure to aircraft sounds
