Airbnb/Mid-Term Property Coordinator

We now serve 100 properties both short term and mid term. Our Company Values are: • Be Kind • Find the Path Forward • Own the Outcome Job Summary The position of Property Coordinator will support the organization and work closely with the Director and Operations Manager of the Airbnb/Mid-Term Rentals Division. The main responsibilities include assisting the Airbnb/Mid-Term Division with various administrative and property management tasks. This is a full-time position with benefits, starting at $42,000 per year, with potential for growth. Ross Bowdey launched the Airbnb division more than six years ago after hosting for eight years prior. Today, we manage 100 properties across both short-term and mid-term stays. With the Sundance Film Festival on the horizon and mountain resort towns representing exciting growth opportunities, we’re building the team that will take us into the future. Responsibilities • Respond to all inquiries from Zillow/AppFolio marketplace • Showing scheduling and management • Data entry into management software • Create Listings in AppFolio & Airbnb • Send owner agreements to new owners • Draw up all leases • Complete all deposit refunds • Assist on onboarding new properties • Perform supply runs for other property managers • Schedule photos shoots with Viruance • Meet vendors at proper es for maintenance These items are not an all-inclusive list of potential tasks, but are meant to provide a general sense of the kinds of tasks that help support the team. We are looking for someone who is personable, professional, and enjoys creating positive experiences for others.
