AirBnB, VRBO and other property management sites expert
I am looking for an online specialist to manage various vacation rentals I own. There are not many but I find the sites and management of the tedious.
Beyond set up of the properties, vetting and booking and coordinating check in and out. I have local persons to do the on-site work.
Duties
Set up credentials for properties on various sites and the online tools and software for data entry and tracking of tenant information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate property maintenance activities, liaising with contractors and service providers as necessary.
Maintain accurate records related to property management activities, including legal administrative tasks and compliance with relevant laws.
Support sales initiatives by promoting properties effectively to potential tenants.
Qualifications
Proven experience in expertise in using and managing properties on AirBNB, VRBO and other sites.
Knowledge of temporary professional housing sources
Familiarity with property leasing processes and facilities management best practices.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
