Airbnb Property Manager Needed for 12 properties - Contract to Hire
Looking for a rockstar property manager for our portfolio of short term rentals. There is currently 10 active airbnb listings and 2 long term rentals throughout Florida and Virginia.
Job Responsibilities...
- guest communication for all short term rentals. Answer questions, advise on payment processing, and address guest concerns via call and text.
- Maintenance management. Schedule repairs, get estimates, and confirm work was done correctly and on time.
- Pay invoices
- Coordinate monthly property walkthroughs
- Manage all email communications for properties
- Provide 5 STAR customer service to drive 5 STAR property reviews and maintain superhost ratings
Required Experience:
- Must have at least 1 year experience managing rental properties, specifically airbnb & booking.com w/ proof of listings
Ideal Candidate:
- Self motivated and does not need much oversight to make the right decisions
- Fast and effective communicator that can respond to guest / tenant inquiries in 1 hour or so
- Proactive thinker that can address issues before they happen
- A proven problem solver!
Compensation:
- Pay will be based on a monthly retainer per property to be discussed in the interview process
Time Expectation:
- 1-2 hours per day, every day of the week. Guests are constantly checking in and out every day and we expect our rockstar manager to be available at all times. Most activity happens between the hours of 10 am - 6 pm everyday.
