Airbnb Property Management Support Specialist
Overview
We are seeking a Assistant Airbnb Property Management Specialist to join our team. This role is exclusively virtual with semi flexible hours and opportunity for additional income if you are available for errand or property inspections. In this role, you will support the Airbnb Property Manager in overseeing daily operations, including responding to guest inquiries, answering guest questions, overseeing cleaning operations and maintenance (if needed). The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset, with a passion for real estate management. We are seeking to pay a fixed rate each month with additional opportunity for income for errands or property inspections. The number of hours is potentiallly 20 - 40 hours per week, with the majority of it being down time.
Responsibilities
? Be avaialble during set business hours to respond to guest messages/inquiries via the Airbnb app or other method.
? Facilitate communication with guests/owners by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.
? Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized documentation (All virtual).
? Uphold excellent phone etiquette when interacting with guests, vendors, and property owners.
? Foster positive customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Skills
? Attention to Detail is required
? Punctual and timeliness to handle issues or resolves questions.
? Proficiency in real estate administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
? Ability to perform property maintenance tasks or coordinate with maintenance staff as needed.
? Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with tenants and clients.
? Strong customer relationship management skills to ensure tenant satisfaction.
