Responsibilities:
Assist with guest communications (answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing local recommendations)
Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process
Inspect and prepare properties before each guests arrival, ensuring cleanliness and functionality
Manage property inventory (toiletries, linens, etc.) and restock as needed
Report maintenance or repair needs to property managers
Provide exceptional hospitality, ensuring all guests have a positive experience
Handle last-minute guest requests or changes efficiently
Qualifications:
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction
Reliable transportation to travel between properties
Tech-savvy, able to navigate apps and manage bookings
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly
