Key Responsibilities:
Ā Guest Check-In: Greet guests upon arrival, assist with the check-in process, and ensure a smooth transition to their accommodations.
Ā Room Tours: Show guests to their assigned rooms, highlighting key features and ensuring they feel comfortable.
Ā Property Knowledge: Provide information about the apartment complex, including amenities such as the gym, pool, common areas, and any special services available.
Ā Local Recommendations: Share insights about nearby attractions, restaurants, and activities to enhance the guest experience.
Ā Assistance and Support: Address any guest inquiries or concerns during the check-in period, providing a friendly and professional response.
Ā Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and any special requests or notes for future reference.
Ā Safety and Security: Ensure all guest access protocols are followed and report any safety concerns to management.
Qualifications:
Ā Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
Ā Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ā Ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
Ā Knowledge of the local area and recommendations is a plus.
Ā Professional appearance and conduct in line with an A-class property standard.
Ā Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
