Airbnb Co-Host for New York Property
Experienced Airbnb Co-Host / Property Manager Needed – Queens, New York (Remote OK) DONOT CONTACT US DIRECT OR VIA AIRBNB I own a high-income short-term rental property in Queens, New York, generating $1200/day. Due to New York City’s new 30-day minimum rental laws, we now focus on 30+ day stays only — and I’m looking for a serious, results-driven property manager or co-host to help us scale. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing the property listing and bookings remotely • Advertising and promoting on multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, etc.) • Re-activating and optimizing existing booking channels • Following up with leads and ensuring higher occupancy • Monitoring messages and coordinating with guests (we have in-house cleaning staff) Tools Provided: ✅ Auto-response and guest management software (IGMS) ✅ Access to existing Airbnb account and listing ✅ Cleaning and maintenance already handled locally Requirements: • Proven experience in Airbnb co-hosting or short-term rental property management • Understanding of NYC’s 30-day rental regulations • Ability to start bringing bookings immediately • Strong marketing and communication skills Payment: Please include in your proposal how much percentage of the income you would charge for co-hosting and property management.
