HOUSEKEEPING TURNOVER SPECIALIST" POSITION SUMMARY : We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team as Airbnb Cleaning Specialists. In this role, you'll ensure our units are spotless between check-ins, providing a top-notch experience for guests. You will work autonomously most days but also collaborate with a supportive team on larger projects. Our standard guest check-out times are typically either 10 AM or 11 AM, with check-ins beginning at 4 PM. This means all cleaning must be completed during this 5-6 hour window each day between check-out and check-in. As such, punctuality and reliability is key to success in this role. You must arrive on time to ensure that each unit is guest-ready within the given timeframe. No prior cleaning experience is required; we will fully train you on our systems and processes to ensure you are set up for success. We also provide the basic cleaning supplies on-site in each of our properties, but you are welcome to get your own as well. Once fully trained and comfortable, your typical day will usually consist of 3 apartments on average to complete each day in the 10am - 4pm window. You will be given your list for the day the evening before when our schedules are set, and you will be able to move at your own pace throughout the day to complete your cleans. Why Work With Us? • Consistent Schedule: Work 10 am to 4 pm, 5 days a week, with predictable hours. • Pay range: Starting pay ranges from $15.00 - $18/hour, depending on experience and performance. This comes out to $75 - $110 per day typically and you're paid at the end of each work day. • Daily Minimum Pay: $40 - $90/day based on workload and experience. • Growth Opportunity: After 3 months, top performers will have the chance to transition to W-2 employment with a guaranteed 30-hour weekly salary if desired. PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES: • Clean and prepare 2-5 units daily between check-out and check-in times to have ready for guests (You will usually have 2-3 units on your list for each day). • Complete all laundry on-site during the check in / check out window (Our units all have washer - dryers on-site so you can complete while you clean). • Assist with Restocking supplies (toiletries, paper products, etc.) as needed. • Report any maintenance issues to the manager. • Ensure units are turned over on time to meet guest check-in schedules. POSITON REQUIREMENTS: • Reliability: Punctuality is critical. You must be able to start on time each day and complete cleans as scheduled. All of our cleaning jobs must be complete by 4pm each day, so last minute call offs or late starts should be minimal and infrequent. • A working vehicle for transportation. • A smartphone for communication and scheduling. • Positive attitude and strong attention to detail, ensuring every guest has an excellent experience. Salary/ Compensation: • Daily Pay: $75 - $110 per day typically. You will be paid an hourly rate of $15.00 - $18/hour, based on experience and performance. • Daily Minimum: $40 - $90/day, depending on workload and experience. • Temporary Contractor Role: The position begins as a 1099 contractor, with daily pay. • Path to W-2 Employment: After 3 months, you may be eligible to transition to W-2 employment with a 30-hour weekly salary and weekly pay (Fridays) if desired.
