Responsibilities
Ā Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Ā Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance and hygiene of various flooring types.
Ā Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented for use.
Ā Manage custodial duties in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are clean and compliant with health standards.
Ā Execute housekeeping management tasks to organize cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ā Sanitate bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to promote a healthy environment.
Ā Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
Skills
Ā Proficiency in cleaning techniques and cleaning equipment operation.
Ā Experience in residential cleaning with a keen eye for detail.
Ā Knowledge of custodial practices in both residential and commercial environments.
Ā Familiarity with housekeeping management principles to streamline cleaning processes.
Ā Ability to sanitize effectively using appropriate products and methods.
Ā Strong floor care skills including sweeping, mopping, and polishing various surfaces.
Ā Excellent time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes.
