Airbnb Cleaner and Property Maintenance Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Airbnb Cleaner and Property maintenance assistant. This role involves maintaining and cleanliness and presentation standards across our Airbnb accommodations, as well as assisting with general cleaning tasks within our restaurant at Europa.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Clean and prepare Airbnb accommodations to the highest standards prior to guests arrivals, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
ā¢ Ensure all areas of the property are properly sanitized and free of dust, debris and clutter.
ā¢ Change bed linens, towels, and other guests amenities as needed.
ā¢ Preform routine cleaning tasks within the restaurant at Europa.
ā¢ Assist with the setup and breakdown of tables and chairs in the restaurant as needed.
ā¢ Notify management of any maintenance issues or repairs needed within the properties.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, and or janitorial roles preferred.
ā¢ Strong attention to details and the ability to work efficiently in a faced paced environment.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ā¢ Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
ā¢ Basic knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
ā¢ Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry objects up to 25lbs
ā¢ reliable transportation to and from work.
