Airbnb Cleaner and Personal Business Assistant (Part-Time, Daytime Hours)

I'm looking for a highly reliable, self-motivated Airbnb Cleaner and Personal Business Assistant to support me with day-to-day personal and business tasks. This is a hybrid role combining cleaning responsibilities for my Airbnb units, personal errands, and light administrative duties.
Position Details
• Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• You won’t be required to report every day, but you
• must be available during this window (Monday–Sunday)
• as needed. Scheduling is flexible, but availability during these hours is essential.
• Location: Local errands and Airbnb property support (must be located in or near [Jackson, Miss.])
• Start Date: ASAP
Pay Structure: This is a pay-per-task role. Compensation will vary depending on the type and number of tasks completed each day.
Responsibilities
• Clean and reset Airbnb rental units between guest stays
• Run errands (e.g., shopping, supply restocking, post office drop-offs)
• Perform light admin tasks (e.g., organizing receipts, checking messages, setting appointments)
• Occasionally greet or support Airbnb guests, if needed.
Requirements
• Must be 100% reliable, punctual, and communicative
• Must have a working car and valid driver’s license
• Must have a smartphone with reliable internet access and a working computer
• Must know basic functions in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Canva
• Must be detail-oriented and able to follow simple systems
• Experience with gig work (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash, Instacart) is a plus!
• Must be comfortable working independently and staying organized
