Job Title: Airbnb Cleaner (1099 Contractor)
Location: St. Simons Island, GA
Job Type: Part-Time, Contract (Hours: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
Pay: $20 - $25 per hour

We are now expanding our services to include Airbnb property cleaning on beautiful St. Simons Island, GA. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner (1099 Contractor) to help us maintain the cleanliness and overall guest experience of our short-term rental properties before guest check-in and after check-out. Responsibilities:
? Guest Check-In Preparation:
? Ensure the property is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary amenities (e.g., toiletries, linens, kitchen essentials).
? Perform a thorough walk-through to ensure everything is in working order (e.g., appliances, lighting, heating, and cooling).
? Prepare welcome materials and check-in instructions for guests.
? Set up the property with a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring all items are arranged and in place.
? Guest Check-Out and Post-Stay Tasks:
? Inspect the property after each guest's departure to ensure it is clean and damage-free.
? Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas.
? Launder bedding, towels, and other linens; restock supplies as needed.
? Report any maintenance issues or damage to the property and coordinate with the maintenance team if needed.
? Take inventory of supplies and ensure proper stock levels for the next guest.
? Guest Communication:
? Assist with any last-minute needs or requests from guests before check-out.
? Ensure smooth communication with guests regarding check-in/check-out instructions or property-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
? Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, or property management is a plus.
? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
? Ability to work independently and efficiently.
? Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
? Reliable, punctual, and able to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner.
? Must have access to transportation and be able to travel to the property site.
? Must be a 1099 contractor.
