Airbnb & Booking.com Coordinator – Santo Domingo Properties (Remote OK) - Contract to Hire
We’re looking for someone who gets the short-term rental world. If you know your way around Airbnb, Booking.com, and the market like the back of your hand and you follow instructions well, we want to work with you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Setting up and optimizing listings on Airbnb and Booking.com.
Double-checking that everything is correctly set up: pricing, descriptions, house rules, photos, and amenities.
Doing market research to help us:
Understand where we stand in the local market.
Know how much to upgrade or adjust.
Set the right nightly pricing.
Handling day-to-day guest communication and requests.
Notifying us of anything that needs attention — you're our eyes on the platform.
Who You Are:
Experienced with Airbnb and Booking.com (bonus if you’ve worked with Hostex, Pricelabs, or other short-term rental tools).
Familiar with the Santo Domingo short-term rental market.
Detail-oriented and great at following instructions.
Reliable, responsive, and independent.
Fluent in English (Spanish is a big plus).
