Airbnb / Booking Listing Manager – Nice (Freelance, Remote Possible) - Contract to Hire
Description I am looking for an Airbnb / Booking listing manager to handle short-term rental listings located in Nice city center, within an already operating building. ⚠️ This position is NOT a concierge role. No on-site management, no cleaning, no guest check-in. Responsibilities Creation and optimization of Airbnb and Booking listings Writing titles, descriptions, and Airbnb SEO optimization Setting up and managing dynamic pricing (yield / revenue management) Channel synchronization (Airbnb, Booking, possibly Lodgify) Guest messaging management (manual and/or automated) Monitoring ratings, reviews, and performance metrics Profile Required Proven experience in short-term rentals or hotel revenue management Strong knowledge of Airbnb, Booking, and channel managers Autonomous, well-organized, and results-oriented Based in Nice or remote (if highly experienced) Compensation Monthly flat fee to be defined (€300–€600 depending on experience) or A reasonable percentage to be discussed (no concierge commission) Start Date Immediate.
