Air Ticketing & Group Air Specialist (Domestic & International)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Air Ticketing & Group Air Specialist with strong expertise in domestic and international airline ticketing, group air operations, and post-ticketing support. This role requires hands-on experience with GDS systems, manual exchanges, group PNRs, and bulk air contracts.
Core Responsibilities
ā¢ Domestic and international airline ticketing
ā¢ Manage daily air ticketing queues
ā¢ Process ticket exchanges and reissues
ā¢ Handle manual exchanges and Phase IV ticketing
ā¢ Build, manage, and maintain group PNRs
ā¢ Ticket groups ranging from 10ā100 passengers
ā¢ Negotiate airline contracts for group bulk space
ā¢ Upgrade tickets from economy to premium economy and business class
ā¢ Monitor fare rules, ticketing deadlines, and airline policies
ā¢ Resolve ticketing issues, discrepancies, and airline schedule changes
Required Qualifications
ā¢ 3+ years experience in airline ticketing (domestic & international)
ā¢ Proven experience with group air ticketing and bulk space
ā¢ Strong working knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, or similar)
ā¢ Experience managing daily queues, exchanges, and reissues
ā¢ Familiarity with Phase IV ticketing and post-ticketing workflows
ā¢ Ability to ticket and support groups of 10ā100 passengers
ā¢ Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Preferred Experience
ā¢ Tour operator or wholesale travel experience
ā¢ Airline contract negotiation experience
ā¢ Premium cabin and business class ticketing experience
