As we grow our portfolio, we’re seeking a reliable and proactive Airbnb Co-Host to help deliver 5-star guest experiences. Job Description: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and guest-focused Airbnb Co-Host to help manage day-to-day hosting responsibilities. You’ll act as a liaison between us and our guests, ensuring seamless check-ins, clean properties, and responsive communication. Responsibilities: • Communicate promptly with guests before, during, and after stays • Coordinate and inspect cleanings and turnovers • Manage restocking of essential supplies • Handle check-in/check-out processes (remote or in-person as needed) • Report and follow up on maintenance issues • Monitor guest reviews and suggest improvements • Support calendar and pricing management (optional/advanced) Requirements: • Strong communication and organizational skills • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays • Reliable transportation and smartphone • Prior experience with Airbnb, STRs, or hospitality preferred Compensation: Base Pay and commission-based (depending on property/portfolio size).
